Spitfire Grill operates from Perranporth Airfield, perched above the Atlantic on the clifftop at Cligga Head. Roll up between flights, grab a burger that hits harder than a flypast, and eat it on the grass while light aircraft rumble in on the strip and the sun sets over the Atlantic.

Patties are smashed-to-order on a screaming flat-top. Chicken is Southern-style fried in small batches. Wings come three ways. And the sauces? All Spitfire sauces are homemade: Jet Fuel, Garlic Mayo, Baconnaise, BBQ, and the house Burger Sauce.

No reservations. No table service. Just walk up, ring ahead, or get it delivered.
